Julia Dalton-Brush is a New York-based makeup artist and licensed esthetician with over 15 years of experience working across fashion, television, film, and celebrity. A longtime member of IATSE Local 798, her work spans top fashion and athletic brands, athletes, celebrities and on-camera talent. She was the founder of B3 Balm Skincare, a cult-favorite artist-created skincare line trusted by makeup professionals for skin prep and performance. After years behind the chair, Julia returned to school to formally study skin, deepening her expertise in barrier health, ingredients, and corrective care. Today, she bridges makeup artistry and esthetics – teaching artists how to truly understand skin so makeup performs better, lasts longer, and supports long-term skin health.
